By accessing or using AutoEMI at autoemicalculator.com you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
1. Agreement
AutoEMI is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the calculators to model loans, save loan scenarios in your browser, and share links to the site. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the site or its calculations, attempt to reverse-engineer the calculation engine, or use automated tools to overload the hosting infrastructure.
2. Use of the service
All content on AutoEMI — including the calculation engine, the user interface, the copy, the brand, and the favicon — is owned by AutoEMI and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The numbers you enter into the calculator remain yours; we never see them, so there is nothing of yours for us to claim.
3. Intellectual property
AutoEMI uses the standard reducing-balance EMI formula and the 50% FOIR rule for eligibility. These are the same formulas used by most banks and NBFCs. Actual loan offers depend on your credit score, employer, age, asset value, relationship with the lender, and special rate schemes that vary by bank. AutoEMI's output is for planning and comparison only and does not constitute a loan offer, an eligibility certificate, or financial advice. Always verify the final terms with your lender before signing.
4. Calculations disclaimer
AutoEMI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do our best to keep the math accurate, the site up, and the experience fast, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every calculation will match your bank's offer to the last rupee or cent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoEMI and its operators are not liable for any decision you make or loss you incur in reliance on the site's output.
5. Limitation of liability
AutoEMI does not currently link to any third-party sites beyond Google Fonts, which is used to load the site's typefaces. If we add outbound links in the future, they will be clearly marked and we will not receive any compensation for clicks.
6. Third-party links
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AutoEMI after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Modifications
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where AutoEMI is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If you are accessing the site from another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Where local consumer-protection law grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights continue to apply.
